Sachin’s World Famous Mushroom Mocha Elixir

Every morning I make my wife and myself a very special elixir. It’s an act of self-love and it brings me into the present moment because I infuse it with deep intention.

What I love about this drink is that it literally takes less than 60 seconds to make but can leave you feeling nourished satiated for hours. You can have this drink a couple of times per day and there are variations that can make this drink caffeine-free as well.

Here’s what you will need.

• 12 ounces of hot water
• 1 packet Organo King Coffee with reishi spores (jitter-free caffeine)
• 2 teaspoons of Dandyblend (caffeine-free coffee alternative)
• 1 teaspoon 5-mushroom blend by Harmonic Arts
• 1 tablespoon organic cacao powder by Harmonic Arts
• 1/4 teaspoon organic maca powder by Harmonic Arts
• 1 teaspoon of raw cacao honey by Beekeeper’s Natural
• Silk brand hazelnut almond milk creamer to taste

Add all the dry ingredients into your favorite cup and then add the hot water. Stir until completely mixed, then add creamer to taste.

I encourage you to create a similar morning ritual that you infuse all your intention into. It’s a great way to quiet the mind and put all your focus into an impactful daily practice. This is the favorite part of my day because I’m making something that will nourish my mind, body, and spirit.
