Summer is here and you are probably looking for healthy and nutritious snacks for your children (and young at heart). Few things take me back to my childhood like fudgsicles. This is one of our favorite recipes and a much healthier alternative compared to the store bought versions. They only take a few minutes to prepare.
Protein Enriched Coconut Fudgsicles Recipe
Blend all ingredients, add the protein powder and maca last, and pulse for a few seconds.
Pour into BPA free molds and freeze.
Serve and enjoy guilt-free as a healthy snack or smoothie alternative.
