Purpose of the test:

This test looks at your adrenal hormones (if your physician orders this panel) and/or sex hormones.  It is valuable because it looks at the metabolites of these hormones to determine if you are at risk of certain diseases.

It also looks at how you excrete these hormones in the body.  This test is valuable in determining the cause of your fatigue and hormonal imbalances.

Cost Price of Test: $250 USD for both panels (Please put your credit card number on the requisition.  If the price is not on the requisition – please fill in this price). The price is subject to change if you are re-testing in the future.

Shipping
You can ship via USPS – regular postage or with tracking to ensure it arrives.

When can I expect my results back?
You can expect your results to be back within 20 business days from when the lab receives your kit and starts processing the sample.

How will I get my results?
Your Clinician/Practitioner or someone from our office will be in contact with you and advise you when your test results come back. You will be instructed on how to schedule an appointment with your clinician once the results come back.
