You may be wondering, and it’s good to wonder, what is Mindset Mastery?

Mindset is the foundation of life. Everything we do is based on our thoughts and emotions, sometimes logical and sometimes not. If we live our lives feeling like we are not in control of our thoughts and our emotions, we do not live our best lives. When you Master your Mind, you are the creator of your life. You choose how you react and how you perceive the world. No one makes us feel a certain way, unless we begin talking about Unconscious Cultural Conditioning and that’s another blog for another day.

Mindset Mastery is about embarking on a journey of the unconscious mind.  Learning, feeling and knowing that you possess unlimited potential to be, do or have anything that you desire. You have a brilliant brain and when you begin to learn more about the unconscious mind and the conscious mind you begin to realize that it’s the foundation of life, it’s the first step towards all change, all behaviour and all growth. It all starts with your unconscious mind, the movie playing in your head, the programming from when you were a child and what that programming is continuing to do in your life today at an unconscious level. Your unconscious mind is a part of your Autonomic nervous system, which means that it works without any direction or orders from us, the same with our respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems.

The first thing to do is to clean up the past. Release negative emotions that may still very well be trapped within your body. These trapped negative emotions create stress, dis-ease and discomfort. When we begin to make the most changes in our lives is when the stress gets to be too much, when we get sick and or when we are stuck in a rut and feel like we are on a hamster wheel.  Then we take action and become aware that change needs to happen.

3 ways to become more mindful are:

  1. Be present, live in the now (not in the past or in the future, which leads to depression and anxiety)
  2. Learn how to relax your body so that your mind then follows (allowing the thoughts to come and go, we have over 90,000 thoughts per day, it’s what we choose to do with those thoughts depends on if we are successful in life or we are not). The body is the unconscious mind, so when we speak or think a thought our body reacts, think of the power that you possess to Relax on command, to elicit feelings of happiness, peace and joy when otherwise you are not feeling that way. The body achieves, what the mind believes.
  3. Read, read and read some more. Feed your brain with the knowledge of the unconscious mind, the unlimited potential that resides inside you, get insanely curious about your potential, about what you can achieve when you become best friends with your unconscious mind.

One of my previous clients messaged me after her session and she said “I can’t stop giggling, because I seriously cannot find those negative emotions and or feel them.  It’s the strangest feeling, that they are no longer there, I think of the memory and I’m no longer triggered emotionally.” This was after doing some TimeLine Therapy® work with her, which is a powerful way to release negative emotions.

Another client said “Thank you so much Gillian, your calming presence, your voice guided me to go where I needed to go, to do the work I needed to do and I have gained so much clarity, focus and feel a deep purpose inside me again.”

These are two examples of what can be achieved when using Mindset techniques and tools.
