Next, write down how you forgive yourself. Then burn this piece of paper with the intention that you are letting go of this guilt and shame forever. 

We are all human and we all make mistakes. When we release all of the guilt and shame we’ve been holding in for years and truly forgive ourselves, that is when the magic starts to happen.

  4. Learn to say no to people and projects that no longer serve you
  5. Enjoy a relaxing bath
  6. Read a book

  9. Journal daily about your feelings and emotions

  11. Nourish yourself with healthy food
